This guide is a compilation of all the penance cosmetics that can be unlocked within Darktide.

Warhammer Darktide Penance Cosmetics Unlock

I’ve put the cosmetics into Tiers. Tier 1 being the easiest to unlock & Tier 4 being the hardest.

The Upper Body & Lower Body cosmetics require 1 Penance each to unlock. The Head Cosmetic requires you to complete multiple Penances to unlock (See Below).

Tiers & Unlock Requirements

Tier 1

• Unlocked by Levelling the specific class (No Head Cosmetic)

Tier 2

• Can be completed on any difficulty

Upper Body

1. Veteran: Sharpshooter – Long Bomb
2. Zealot: Preacher – Abhor the Mutant
3. Psyker: Psykinetic – Cliffhanger
4. Ogryn: Skullbreaker – Something In Your Eye

Lower Body

1. Veteran: Sharpshooter – Marked for Death
2. Zealot: Preacher – Buying Time
3. Psyker: Psykinetic – Not even Close
4. Ogryn: Skullbreaker – I‘m in Charge

Head

• Reach Trust Level 20
• Complete 25 Missions
• Complete one of each mission type on any difficulty
• Complete the Upper Body & Lower Body Penances

Tier 3

• Has to be completed on Malice difficulty

Upper Body

1. Veteran: Sharpshooter – On Overwatch
2. Zealot: Preacher – Up Close and Personal
3. Psyker: Psykinetic – Going out with a Bang
4. Ogryn: Skullbreaker – Gone Bowling

Lower Body

1. Veteran: Sharpshooter – One in the Chamber
2. Zealot: Preacher – Shocking Stuff
3. Psyker: Psykinetic – Warp Battery
4. Ogryn: Skullbreaker – Friends Will Be Friends.

Head

1. Reach Trust Level 25
2. Complete 50 Missions
3. Complete one of each mission type on Malice difficulty
4. Complete the Upper Body & Lower Body Penances

Tier 4

• Has to be completed on Heresy difficulty

Upper Body

1. Veteran: Sharpshooter – Make every Shot Count.
2. Zealot: Preacher – Just a Flesh Wound
3. Psyker: Psykinetic – Malleus Monstronum
4. Ogryn: Skullbreaker – Heavyweight Champion

Lower Body

1. Veteran: Sharpshooter – Deadeye
2. Zealot: Preacher – There is nothing but the Abyss
3. Psyker: Psykinetic – Pick n’ Mix
4. Ogryn: Skullbreaker – Don’t Stop me Now!

Head

1. Reach Trust Level 30
2. Complete 100 Missions
3. Complete one of each mission type on Heresy difficulty
4. Complete the Upper Body & Lower Body Penances

Veteran: Sharpshooter

Zealot: Preacher

Psyker: Psykinetic

Ogryn: Skullbreaker
