To find the Prismatic Hammer, travel to Monarch and make your way to Duncan’s k Dry Goods and Supplies store. Trade with him and purchase the SubLight datapad.
Follow the on-screen marker and make you way to the abandoned Rizzo’s factory that can be found in Cascadia.
Inside the factory, go to the final room and search for a door that provides access to an elevator shaft. Jump across the platforms and climb up the large ladder to find the Mind Control Ray inside a green container on the ground.
Left Shift to run does not work for me and so can not jump gap in elevator shaft
