The Outer Worlds Melee Build
If you want to bludgeon people into submission then this might be the build for you! We’re focusing on one handed melee in this build, so you should be able to move around and quickly beat your enemies with whatever instrument you happen to have. You can switch this to a two handed melee build with some minor adjustments. You will want to take advantage of your companions in this build, so we’re going to pick up some perks that help them out.

- The Reaper: +25% Tactical Time Dilation Meter
- Speed Demon: +25% Movement Speed during TTD
- Scanner: +20% Bonus to Extra Headshot / Weakspot Damage
- Harvester: 15% Health Restored per Kill
- Rolling Thunder: -20% Companion Ability Cooldown for each of you’re kills
Tier 3
- Tit for Tat: +15% Melee Damage returned as Health
- Confidence: Confident: your next attack is a guaranteed Critical Hit.
- Don’t Go Dyin’ on Me!: Revive Companions to 25% Health / Cooldown: 15m
- Armor Master: +10% Armor Rating Bonus / +100% Skill Bonus
- Tactical Master: +70% Tactical Master: Movement Speed during TTD for 5s
