Continue along the path to what looks like a marketplace and Hootle will popup to tell you that a Dahnan Owl is hidden nearby. The Dahnan Owl is atop a lamppost to the right.
There’s nothing else to do except move to the next area in Cysloden, Fountain Plaza Avenue. Follow the story marker to encounter some of Rinwell’s friends.
After the next few cutscenes, you can go up the staircase to find a merchant, and leave the house. You can’t exit to the Nevira Snowplains, so go north to the next new area, Central Plaza Avenue. You get a cutscene that really explains the difference between Dahnan and Renan astral artes. Neat stuff. Go back to the Silver Swords Hideout and the next thing you know, you’re sent to an underground sewer to escape the guards.
