STORY OF SEASONS A Wonderful Life Cooking Recipes List
Welcome to our STORY OF SEASONS A Wonderful Life Cooking Recipes List guide. This guide will show you a collected guide with all cooking recipes including price! (Hybrid tier 3: 29,30,31 Thanks to Twitch user AslaTavi / Steam user Asla_Lord_Beerus !)
How to get recipes
- Get to know new recipes everyday by paying a visit to the Nature Sprites in the Forest by eating the Weird Mushrooms to enter their tree home.
- You can find recipes in the notes and books of people’s homes.
- Accept requests from the Bulletin Board. These quests sometimes contain recipes to make, you will learn this recipe by doing the request.
- Talk to everyone. They will ask you if you know how to make it, when you answer ”no” they will tell the recipe. For example: Nina will tell you the Marinade recipe when you talk to her in her home.
- Sometimes, you’ll learn how to make a recipe but not know what the recipe is called. These recipes will appear as “???” in your cookbook. The recipe’s name will appear after you successfully cook the mystery meal.
You don’t need to obtain the recipes in game to make them. Once you cook a recipe without knowing the recipe, it will be added in your recipe list and your character will give you a prompt that you learned a new recipe.
Cooking Skill
In the Beginning of the game you can only cook 2 categories, Salads & Soups. In order to unlock Hors d’oerves, Desserts, and EntrĂ©es you need to gain experience.
IMPORTANT: If you try to cook a recipe that you know but you don’t have the required skill level, this will result in a message that says, “You aren’t skilled enough yet. Try again after you’ve gained more cooking experience!”
How to unlock other cooking categories?
Increasing your skill from level 1 (Salads and Soups) to level 2 will unlock Hors d’oerves and Desserts. Going from level 2 to level 3 will unlock Entries.
Earning 1000 cooking experience points will unlock the next cooking skill level.
How to increase cooking skill?
You increase your cooking skill by cooking meals. Each recipe has a hidden experience point value. Easy recipes are worth less experience than recipes that require hybrid crops or other rarer ingredients.
For example, Herbal Soup and Milky Soup are worth 15 cooking EXP each. After you make a total of 67 of those meals, your cooking skill will increase from level 1 to level 2. (67 x 15 points = 1005 points)
You don’t have to cook meals one at a time to level up your cooking skill. Cooking multiple of the same recipe is OK. If you cooked 10 Milky Soup, you would earn 150 cooking EXP.
Cooking Information
All recipes can be found in game however you don’t need to obtain the recipes in game to make them! Once you cook a recipe without knowing the recipe, it will be added in your recipe list and your character will give you a prompt that you learned a new recipe.
