Plorts, Locations & Diet
These are all the plorts, with their locations, diet and slimes:
- Pink Plort – Pink Slime – Location = Rainbow Fields and Ember Valley – Diet = Vegetables
- Cotton Plort – Cotton Slime – Location = Rainbow Fields and Ember Valley – Diet = Vegetables
- Phosphor Plort – Phosphor Slime – Location = Anywhere during night – Diet = Fruits
- Tabby Plort – Tabby Slime – Location = Rainbow Fields – Diet = Meat
- Angler Plort – Angler Slime – Location = Ember Valley – Diet = Meat
- Rock Plort – Rock Slime – Location = Starlight Strand and Ember Valley – Diet = Vegetables
- Batty Plort – Batty Slime – Location = Starlight Strand and Caves of Ember Valley – Diet = Fruits
- Flutter Plort – Flutter Slime – Location = Starlight Strand – Diet = Nectar

- Gold Plort – Fire Slime – Location = Everywhere but with a very low spawn rate – Diet = Gilded Ginger (Can’t create Largo Slimes)
These Plorts can’t create Largo Slimes
If you are looking for Largo Slimes, with these plorts you will not be able to get them
- Puddle Plort – Puddle Slime – Location = Ember Valley – Diet = Water (Can’t create Largo Slimes)
- Fire Plort – Fire Slime – Location = Caves of Ember Valley – Diet = Ash (Can’t create Largo Slimes)
- Gold Plort – Fire Slime – Location = Everywhere but with a very low spawn rate – Diet = Gilded Ginger (Can’t create Largo Slimes)
Uses and FAQ
Plorts are a product of slimes that they produce when they are fed with food, or occasionally obtained as a reward from the Range Exchange. Their primary function is to be sold in the Plort Market in order to make Newbucks. They can also be placed in the Refinery after the Lab is unlocked to produce Slime Science Gadgets.
Plort values fluctuate everyday in Adventure and Casual Mode, and prices re-roll at midnight; this is in part affected by how frequently they are sold.
Plorts come in very handy for many things, especially back on Earth. However, slime science also makes extensive use of them.
Plorts all have a similar overall look, and each type of plort has traits in common with the slime that gave rise to it.
