Unlock Marian
When Kyoko and Misako first arrive in the Downtown area of River City, they learn of a svelte woman preserving the peace who had lately vanished.
Follow the directions on the map until you reach the entrance to the subway, which was once the residence of Abobo’s gang. The power is out, so you can’t enter, but if you head to Junk City and speak with Williams at the top of the map, he’ll offer you a quest to fix the three power generators in the neighborhood.
To get the generators operating again, you must go to The Coffee Shop, Skid Street and Top floor of the apartments, and use the closest wrench. Don’t bother fighting the jerks since you will be screen locked until they are corrected. Return to Williams once the generators are fixed to complete his mission and receive your reward.
You can enter the subway, which is west of Junk City, once the power has been restored. You’ll ultimately run upon Marian if you persevere, however she doesn’t seem to be quite herself. To bring her back to her senses, you’ll have to fight her.
