Complete The Burning City, then speak to Storyteller to trigger this quest, which will see you tracking down some notes for him.

You’ll need to gather allies for the attack on the garrison first, so hold off on this errand until you do.

Once you’ve reached Gray Garrison, look for Elven Notes from the Gray Garrison on a table on the second floor.

Give the notes to the Storyteller at the beginning of Sword of Valor to complete the errand, for which you’ll earn 330XP.
