How to Complete the Weakness of Ego Quest
The main objective of the Weakness of Ego quest is to craft 3 Corruption Tinctures. Nevertheless, it’s challenging as it might appear, as you require to collect different components to craft Corruption Tincture. The ingredients required to craft three Corruption Tincture are three Water, three Rivercress Stems, and three Petalcaps.
While obtaining Petalcaps and Water is pretty easy, Rivercress Stems can be hard to find. To get the stem, you need to find its plant initially. Rivercress is a plant that grows mostly around water bodies in the New World. It appears like a common plant however has a trumpet-shaped lighting bloom on top that provides it a mysterious appeal. As soon as you discover the plant and harvest it, you’ll immediately get the Rivercress stem. Another thing to remember is that players will just be able to harvest Rivercress stem if they are level 30 or above.
Water can be purchased from any Vendor while gathering Fronded Petalcaps will yield Petalcaps in New World. Fronded Petalcaps have a lively green colour and have a shape comparable to a Lotus. There is no fixed location to farm Petalcaps, so players can find them anywhere.
Head into town and try to find the Syndicate Alchemist as soon as you have all the active ingredients. You will be able to discover an Arcane Repository beside Syndicate Alchemist, where you can craft the three Corruption Tincture needed for completing the Weakness of Ego mission.
