So simple:
There’s not much to it, just farm renown and when you get 50, your clan will reach level up and you will be able to have ~50 men capacity.
Then you just level up your clan even further, allowing you to get more parties and the such.
Another way to get more party cap is by investing points into stewardship and getting traits that give you bonuses to party capacity.
