Bile Spewers, akin to Bile Titans, unleash devastating streams of corrosive acid from a distance. Contrary to common belief, their attacks don’t merely cause damage over time but result in instantaneous death upon contact. Even heavy armor offers no salvation against their onslaught.
When confronting a Bile Spewer, avoid standing directly in its line of fire.
