Heretic’s Fork 100% Achievements Guide
Welcome to our Heretic’s Fork 100% Achievements Guide. Simple guide and tips for getting 100% achievements in Heretic’s Fork.
General Achievements
Most of these are self-explanatory achievements and should be easily obtained by playing the game without specifically aiming for them. I finished getting all achievements at a leisurely pace in about 30 hours.
A Worthy Sacrifice
Sacrifice 100 cards.
…
Big Gun
Upgrade a tower to tier 5.
…
Card Captor
Purchase a card with credits.
…
Forgive me, for I have…
Punish 5000 sinners.
…
Little Guys
Upgrade a garrison to tier 5.
…
Power Trip
Play 100 power cards.
…
Going in Circles
Purge the final circle.
…
Untouchable
Reach greed without taking any damage.
…
Unholy Matrimony
Reach the final circle using only unholy damage.
This gets much easier after unlocking more cards in the Promotions tab of the Rewards menu. If you’re having trouble with this, getting some credits to unlock more cards before attempting it again may help.
Light Work
Reach the final circle using only holy damage.
This gets much easier after unlocking more cards in the Promotions tab of the Rewards menu. If you’re having trouble with this, getting some credits to unlock more cards before attempting it again may help.
Farenheit
Reach the final circle using only hellfire damage.
This gets much easier after unlocking more cards in the Promotions tab of the Rewards menu. If you’re having trouble with this, getting some credits to unlock more cards before attempting it again may help.
Big Playa
Achieve a highscore of 200,000 in Endless mode.
It might take a little while to get to 200,000 score but it seems possible to achieve with any good build. I’d recommend trying out your favourite employees and builds first. Some trusted combos like Dark Marker+Judgement, Unholy SMG+Butcher of Sins, or Sawblade+Unholy Pulse also work for this.
Completionist
Complete all challenges.
Obtained by completing all challenges (listed under the Tasks tab of the Rewards menu). Several of these get much easier after unlocking more cards.
Middle Management
Unlock all characters.
…
Employee Achivements
Beat the game in normal mode with every employee.
I’m just the Intern
Fully complete a Shift with Intern Ruby.
Just an intern. Has no special abilities and starts with a randomized basic deck.
Lock, Stock and Smoking Sinners
Fully complete a Shift with John Fenriz.
The Locksmith
Can lock sacrifice slots at the cost of 1 energy, preventing the cards from being discarded between rounds.
Starts with 3 open structure slots.
Confessional
Fully complete a Shift with Denny Fox.
Incredibly motivated, fearing the void you put her in.
Gains Repent, the ability to redraw their hand once per turn. Cards in the sacrifice area do not redraw.
Trade Secret
Fully complete a Shift with Niya Biblyat.
Seems to have been here forever. Thrives in the place between life and death.
Gains Dark Bargain, the ability to sacrifice HP in return for drawing an extra card and recovering 2 extra energy.
Strategy:
Niya is a strong employee both early and late game but generally requires some sustained healing/shielding to make full use of her Dark Bargain ability without dying.
Rock your socks off
Fully complete a Shift with Unknown.
Collect rocks, it’s a weird hobby but each to their own I guess.
All damage is amplified by the amount of rock cards in play. Cards in the sacrifice area persist through rounds, but have a chance to turn into rocks at the end of each round.
Fortune Favored
Fully complete a Shift with Greezy.
Starts with 50 gold.
Has constant access to a shop rift, and sacrificing cards generates gold instead of rerolling or upgrading.
Strategy:
Greezy has a very rough early game compared to the others but can be quite good in the late game for Endless runs. Winning runs with them requires some early luck to get your build going and survive the first few circles. I’d recommend being patient because this one is likely to take at least a few tries.
I’m sure there’s other viable builds for this but here’s a fun build I found success with:
Take Dark Marker and Judgement towers to start, then focus heavily on strengthening the Judgement towers since Dark Marker is only there for sustained healing throughout the game. Pick up some Curse items and healing/shielding active cards to help you survive while you focus on building your deck, economy, and ramping up damage. For stats, focus mostly on: tower projectile speed, tower projectiles, tower pierce, tower AOE, tower damage, unholy damage, unholy critical hit chance. Adding an Unholy Pulse Tower a bit later into the run once you have more unholy critical hit chance is also good if you get the chance.
Hidden Achievements
Check the Box
You checked the box!
Obtained by opening the Box.exe file and checking the box. It’s a bit tricky but can be done by moving the mouse cursor left and right of the box very fast and spam clicking.
Breaking Bricks
Beat the hackers minigame.
Obtained by beating the Pong.exe file brick breaker minigame. There’s no trick to this one, it shouldn’t be too hard to beat it, just don’t let the ball get between your paddle and the ground since it’ll get stuck bouncing between the two and burn through your lives very quickly.
BIOS
Did you really think that would work?
Obtained by repeatedly pressing F12 while booting the game.
