Hello Kitty Island Adventure How to Dive
Welcome to our Hello Kitty Island Adventure How to Dive guide. This guide will show you through how to unlock diving in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.
In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, the key to diving underwater lies in obtaining a Snorkel. Once you’ve successfully crafted your own Snorkel, the underwater world becomes yours to explore freely. However, acquiring the Snorkel requires learning its plans from Kuromi. She has a condition; you must fulfill a task for her before she willingly shares the plans with you.
How to Get the Snorkel
The first step in exploring Hello Kitty Island Adventure is learning how to swim. However, to truly delve into the depths of this enigmatic island and discover elusive treasures like Hangyodon, you’ll need to master the art of underwater diving by creating your very own Snorkel.
To forge a Snorkel and unlock the ability to dive underwater, your Friendship Level with Kuromi must reach 6. Reaching this milestone will trigger the “Deep Diving” quest, rewarding you with the coveted Snorkel plans.
To boost your Friendship Level with Kuromi, consider gifting her Jack-o-Lanterns or Pumpkins. You can find a Pumpkin patch near the Potion Hut in the Spooky Swamp, where Kuromi often frequents.
Once you’ve achieved Friendship Level 6 with Kuromi, head to the Spooky Swamp and locate her on the dock beside the Potion Hut. She will ask for your assistance in retrieving a lost Locket she dropped into the Swamp. Kuromi will lend you her Snorkel, enabling you to dive underwater and retrieve the precious Locket.
To dive underwater and retrieve the Locket, swim into the swamp until the Snorkel icon and slider appear on the right side of your screen. Lower the Snorkel by dragging the slider to submerge yourself, or raise it by sliding the icon upwards to resurface.
Upon successfully returning the Locket to Kuromi, you’ll discover that she’s not willing to part with her Snorkel merely for your aid. Instead, she generously provides you with the Snorkel Plans, allowing you to craft your own Snorkel for future underwater adventures.
How to Craft the Snorkel
- 10x Rubber
- 2x Sparks
- 2x Iron Ingot
Among the materials available, Rubber stands out as the most readily accessible. A quick visit to the Seaside Resort area allows you to discover Rubber beneath the base of palm trees.
To create Spark, you’ll need 3x Light Stone, which can be crafted at a Crafting Table. The plans for Spark can be acquired by completing the “A Zipline Adventure” quest alongside Pochacco. For a supply of Light Stones, seek out Kuromi, who will exchange them for Pumpkins or Jack-O-Lanterns as gifts.
As for Iron Ingot, you can craft it using 3x Iron Ore at a Crafting Table. The necessary plans for crafting Iron Ingot are found near Mount Hothead, specifically on a barrel located to the left of the Dance Hall in Gemstone Mountain.
Once you have obtained the Iron Ingot, you can use it in crafting your Snorkel, completing your underwater exploration gear.
