About Escape from Tarkov
Escape from Tarkov is an intense and realistic first-person online action role-playing game/simulator with MMO features and a guided story walkthrough. Every day the situation in Norvinsk region becomes more complicated.
The relentless war in Tarkov has sparked mass panic; The local population has fled the city, but those who remain are trying to improve their fortunes at the expense of others. After accepting the new reality, Tarkov’s wild natives, the “Scavs”, banded together into well-armed gangs and began to re-divide the city. Today, Tarkov is separated by invisible borders controlled by different groups. The profit-seeking gunmen would go to great lengths to get away with it including killing civilians and directly confronting the two private military companies. Players must experience living in the shoes of one of the mercenaries who survived the early stages of the Tarkov conflict.
After choosing one of the sides, USEC or BEAR, the player starts to leave the city. Unfortunately, Tarkov is closed down by Russian and UN forces, supply chains are disrupted and communications with the task force are lost under these conditions. Everyone must decide what to do and how to escape from the chaotic metropolis.
