On A Night Like This
- How to Unlock: Before finishing the “FOR THE ECONOMY” job (collecting the Taxi Driver’s heads), interact with the taxi in the main area. This will transport you to a secret zone. Speak to the man at the end, then exit through the red door to unlock the achievement.
Knicky-Knocky
- How to Unlock: Continuously knock on any non-openable door until the achievement pops. There are multiple doors that qualify.
Blink and You’ll Miss It

Advanced Consumer Society
- How to Unlock: While doing “FOR THE ECONOMY”, interact with the taxi but instead of taking the red door, find the hidden entrance in an alley next to the roadblock. This leads to a maze—navigate successfully to a secret gift shop to unlock the achievement.
Crone Operator
- How to Unlock: During the “HAVE YOU SEEN THIS WITCH?” mission, you’ll encounter a crane minigame. Win on your first attempt to earn the achievement. (Retrying requires a fresh save.)
Please Don’t Tap the Glass
- How to Unlock: Head behind the receptionist’s desk and observe the blood-filled tank. Wait a few minutes until the achievement triggers. Interacting with the tank provides bonus dialogue.
Razing the Roofs
- How to Unlock: In the area with huts and guiding green/yellow ghosts, visit every hut entrance except the correct one. (Unconfirmed.)
Sick Tricks
- How to Unlock: In the giant portable toilet room, cross the bamboo rafts without falling. Failing teleports you elsewhere, and retrying requires a new save. (Reportedly buggy.)
Weird Dog
- How to Unlock: After reaching the Lonely Door zone and completing “LOOKING FOR A LIFE?! I KNOW THE RECIPE!”, return to the main building. Follow blood splatters leading to a pet on a rocky rooftop. Find an interactable door near a chain-link fence, navigate inside, and reach the top. Locate a dirt structure with bones, use the Humanboard on the Fertile Soil, run across the roof, and pet the snake.
Bad Samaritan
- How to Unlock: When you first talk to the 3D green-jacketed creature offering the “KILL THAT MAN’S STARE” job, don’t revive them. Instead, wait for a few minutes until they die to trigger the achievement.
