Right behind the supermarket in West old Town is a section of the border wall in disrepair. Since this wall is in disrepair it is easier to throw a suitcase over the wall.

1. The suitcase that you have thrown over the wall should land behind this gate in the grass. Simply just pass the border guard inspection and jump the fence to your left to pick up the suitcase thrown over in the grass.
