Revenants are duplicated. Twice the fun…?
Corrupted Hubris
The Survivor who has most health suffers 100% resistance penalty to all incoming damage.
Dying Light
If the Candle’s Timer drops to zero, all damage dealt to Survivors is increased by 100%. Scavenge for Light Orbs to replenish it!
*Dropped by Revenants and Special Infected, and found from all containers.
Frenzied Infected
All the infected get a 30% move speed bonus.
Guards!
The Blackguard is everywhere! Patrols can be encountered around every corner.
Muscle Hypertrophy
This rare strain has made some lesser infected undergo a mutation and become more imposing and stronger.
Pitch Black
Visibility is drastically reduced. The night is dark and full of terrors!
Regenerating Zombies
The strain has mutated! The zombie’s health now quickly regenerates if they are undamaged for too long.
Sleepless in Darksburg
After the Survivors clear a district, their health is lowered to maximum of 33% of their max health and they can no longer rest at camp fires.
Vampire Curse
Survivor’s health begins to decrease if they haven’t dealt enemies damage for too long.
Challenges
Doesn’t seem to actually unlock anything, simply changes the run. Sometimes breaks for the host on multiplayer, for example allowing them to heal in challenge 5.
Challenge #1
Starting power rune:
-Grants your Heroic Ability 15 extra charges, but it will not recharge anymore.
Challenge #2
Starting power rune:
-Your Move Ability recharges instantly, but your movement speed is greatly reduced.
Challenge #3
Additional affix:
-Darksburg’s districts are populated with infected people who prefer to keep their distance.
Challenge #4
Starting power rune:
-Chests you open contain 75 extra Darks, but you lose 100 HP each time you open a chest.
Challenge #5
Starting power rune:
-Grants 30% resistance to all damage if you have temporary health, but your permanent health will no longer go up.
Artifacts
Use items, by default bind to [T]. Collecting the same Artifact again makes it go up a rank, up to 4.
Banner of Fortitude
A blue banner that comforts those around, making them more resilient.
- – Considerably increases the defense of all Survivors within range
- Radius increased by 50%.
- Effects increased by 50%.
- Effects persist for 4s after leaving the banner’s area of effect.
Banner of Valor
A crimson banner that inspires those around, making them more combative.
- – Considerably increases attack speed and power of Survivors within range.
- – Radius increased by 50%.
- – Effects increased by 50%.
- – Effects persist for 4s after leaving the banner’s area of effect.
Frag’ Bomb
A small exploding device used in skirmishes.
- – Explodes on impact and disperses smaller bombs over a large area.
- – Cooldown reduced by 50%.
- – All damage is increased by 100%.
- – Number of fragments increased by 100% and fragment flight range increased by 50%,
Phosphorus Canister
A small cylindric canister filled with a phosphorus-based solution.
- – Explodes on impact and temporarily stuns enemies.
- – Targets’ move and attack speed is reduced by 50% for 4s.
- – Explosion radius increased by 100%.
- – Cooldown reduced by 50%.
Seven-League Boots
Enchanted boots that are said to allow their wearer to move at a supernatural speed.
- – Breaks any rooting effect and moves instantly to the target locayion
- – Increases move speed by 100% for 1s.
- – Range increased by 100%.
- – Cooldown reduced by 50%.
Statuette of the Shroud
A statuette representing a mysterious, legendary icon named “The Shroud” believed to grant protection.
- – Grants complete invincibility for a very short amount of time.
- – Defense is increased by 50% for 3s after invulnerability ends.
- – Duration of the invulnerability increased by 100%.
- – The statuette now affects all Survivors.
Timewarping Gyroscope
A weird device that seems to warp time around the user.
- – Instantly refreshes all abilities’ cooldowns.
- – Grants a 50% cooldown acceleration for 5s.
- – Cooldown reduced by 33%.
- – The gyroscope now affects all Survivors.
Vitriol Orb
A thrown spherical casing containing acid designed to splash surfaces and corrode defenses.
- – Deals damage over a short period of time and reduces the enemies’ resistance drastically.
- – Duration of effects increased by 100%.
- – Resistance reduction increased by 100%.
- – Radius increased by 50%.
Zingy the Jester
A scarecrow disguised as a jester, generally used as a tongue-in-cheek caricature of Darksburg’s notables.
- – Channels the aggressiveness of the infected and takes their blows instead of the Survivors.
- – HP increased by 200%,
- – Aggro radius increased by 50%.
- – Zingy now strikes its attackers back.
Curios – Common
By default 2 slots are open, more can be unlocked for 200/400 Dreadium Ingots.
Common Curios can be unlocked for 50 Dreadium Ingots each.
A total of 1000 Dreadium Ingots are required to unlock every common Curio.
Performance
Black Mask
Your presence and attacks generate very little attention from the infected so there’s little chance they switch targets for you in combat.
Darksburg Boar-Crested Insignia
All damage output is increased by 5%.
First Mint Manfred Coin
Zombies you kill have a slight chance to drop a small quantity of gold upon dying.
Perfectly Balanced Weighted Bracelets
Attack speed is permanently increased by 10%.
Strap-on Studded Soles From the Sole Mole Shop
Move speed is permanently increased by 5%.
“TimeTusk” Wrist-Sundial
All cooldowns are reduced by 10%.
Survival
Burrowing Boar’s Truffle Liquor
Automatically gets you up from an incapacitation and restores one chunk of life if all other Survivors are down or dead.
It is consumed in the process and must be restored at the Cabinet of Curiosities using Dreadium Ingots before it can be unequipped or used again.
Compression Stockings
Reduces the duration of poison by 50%. Moreover, dying speed when incapacitated is decreased by 50%.
Heart-Shaped Brooch
Grants 200 extra HP.
Heart-Shaped Pendant
Grants 200 extra HP.
Heart-Shaped Stamp Ring
Grants 200 extra HP.
Novelty Chew Toy
Makes a Survivor immune to any attacks from the infected while they’re incapacitated, and also prevents the loss of chunk of health when they are eventually revived by an ally.
It is consumed in the process and must be restored at the Cabinet of Curiosities using Dreadium Ingots before it can be unequipped or used again.
Paper Bag
Health regenerates slowly if only one chunk of health is remaining.
Utility
Granny Gretchen’s Pendulum
Displays the position of any Fountain of Wisdom on the radar within 50-yard range.
Hand-Drawn Map of Darksburg
Displays objectives and the critical objects’ positions on the radar.
Leg Braces
Cancels the move speed penalty when carrying a heavy object.
Needy Nelly’s Noodle necklace
While incapacitated, you automatically get revived if a standing ally stays within a 3-yard range.
One-Eyed Mordred’s Glass Eye
Grants you vision from other Survivors.
Rainbow Pinwheel
The effects of all Fountains of Wisdom lasts 25% longer.
Zombie Tooth Charm
Killing off a lesser infected grants 3 HP in temporary health.
Curios – Fancy

Grants an extra 5 XP per foe you kill. Multipliers apply after this gain.

Can be used by interacting with an Outhouse to instantly restore all lost chunks of health. Does not provide healing. Unlimited uses.
Teddy Boar Sticky Bandage
Quickly regenerates HP if only up to 100 HP are missing.
Ygdar Orus Li Ox
At the moment of your death, the heart gets you back on your feet and makes you invincible for 10s.
It is consumed in the process and must be restored at the Cabinet of Curiosities using Dreadium Ingots before it can be unequipped or used again.
Utility
Bickering Becky’s Bakery’s Baker’s Hat
Zombies have a 1% chance to drop a Croissant upon dying. Croissants restore 100 HP in permanent health and increase defense by 50% for 5s.
Green Man’s Compass
Displays chests and baskets on the radar within a 30-yard range.
Old Man Pennywise’s Purse
Upon Defeat, all the Dreadium Ingots currently carried by the wearer of this curio are saved instead of being lost.
Red Little Bell
Your attacks seem to make the infected furious and drag their attention to you.
Tinkerer’s Gloves
All Artifacts get 1 extra charge.
Thieves Guild’s Secret Signet Ring
Grants you the opportunity to open a mysterious chest from the Thieves’ Guild somewhere in the district.
*Always contains 1 Artifact, 1 Tome of Self-Improvement of random level, 1 Healing salve and a lot of Dreadium Ingots.
Toe Socks from the Tiptoeing Toad Shop
Reduces the intensity of all slowing down effects by 50%.
Curios – Extragavant
By default no slots are open, more can be unlocked for 200/500 Dreadium Ingots.
Extragavant Curios can be unlocked for 200 Dreadium Ingots each.
A total of 4000 Dreadium Ingots are required to unlock every extragavant Curio.

Old Engraved Pocket Watch
Drastically increases move, interaction, channeling and cooldown speed when health is below 100 HP.
Spiked Collar
Damage output is increased by 25% when strictly below 300 HP.
Studded Fingerless Gloves
Attack speed is increased by 30% when your health lies strictly under 300 HP.
Skull-Patterned Bandana
Move speed is increased by 20% when your health lies strictly below 300 HP.
Talisman of Flimsy Overconfidence
Defense is increased by 99% while your health bar remains full.
Varag’s First Baby Fang
Attack power is increased by 5% for 3s per foe killed by Dire Bite, up to a maximum of 100%.
This Curio can only be equipped by Varag.
Survival
Antique Coffee Maker
Restores all your missing chunks of health bar and fully heals you if you use it at a camp fire.
It is consumed in the process and must be restored at the Cabinet of Curiosities using Dreadium Ingots before it can be unequipped or used again.
Alley Cat’s Skull Trinket
Defense is increased by 50% when your health lies strictly below 100 HP.
Dreadmire Reinforced Plastron
Reduces all incoming damage from ranged attacks by 50%.
Necklace-mounted Incense Burner
You continually recover up to 300 HP while your health bar lies strictly under 300 HP.
Survivor’s Guide to the Apocalypse
You are fully healed every time you level up.
Street Nurse’s Manual
When you use an Elixir, a Bandage, or a First Aid Kit, all other Survivors gain 50% of their effect in temporary health. Using a Healing Salve or a Doctor’s Satchel provides 100%.
White Armband
Allows the wearer to be revived endlessly as long as there is at least one standing Survivor to help them up.
Utility
Dr. Dolorosa’s Four Thieves Vinegar (updated formula)
Picking up Infection Samples grants Dr. Dolorosa a poisonous aura that grows with each Infection Sample and shrinks back down over time.
The vinegar also automatically repels any lesser infected that comes too close to her while she’s incapacitated.
This Curio can only be equipped by Dr. Dolorosa.
Darksburg Snowglobe
Slows down all the infected around quite noticeably. Doesn’t work while incapacitated.
Runolf’s Boarlets Badge of Friendship
Runolf benefits from a 25% resistance if an ally is nearby.
The badge also allows him to revive incapacitated allies from a distance, without interaction, although at a slower pace.
This Curio can only be equipped by Runolf.
Rose’s Old Abascus
Grants Rose a little bit of Barrage charge and temporary health per Dark earned. If Rose picks up some Darks in person, Headcount is incremented, up to a maximum of 200% of its usual limit.
This Curio can only be equipped by Rose.
Rod of Asclepius Lucky Charm
All healing items have a 60% chance of not being consumed when used.
Sister Abigail’s Symbol of the Light
While Fervour is maxed out, temporary health doesn’t decay and the Symbol grants Sister Abigail a glowing aura of holy light that burns enemies around her.
Moreover, if Sister Abigail is incapacitated while the aura is still active, the Symbol sparks a shockwave of holy light, dealing massive damage all around the nun.
This Curio can only be equipped by Abigail.
“Three Boars and a Moon” Tunic
Allows Survivors to push back lessed infected just by walking into them.
*Affects every player, not just the one wearing this curio.
Curios – Prestigious
The only slot is open by default, but curios require one to complete the character’s Prestige (all masteries unlocked and complete ascension 10).
Fervour
You can now build up Fervour in the heat of the battle and do so faster against stronger foes. While it is maxed ouy, your attack speed and attack power are increased, and hitting foes grants temporary health. Fervour quickly decays after the action dies down.
This Curio cannot be equipped by Abigail.
Headcount
Each kill now increases your Headcount meter (some kills are worth more than others). Headcount gradually increases your attack speed and move speed, but is reset upon taking any damage.
This Curio cannot be equipped by Rose.
Mushrooming
You can now gather Mushrooms from the environment. Mushrooms grant a small amount of health and Heroic Ability charge. Only you can see and pick the Mushrooms.
This Curio cannot be equipped by Runolf.
Sample Analysis
Killed infected have a chance to drop an Infection Sample. Collected Samples grant a bit of temporary health and help charge up your Heroic Ability.
This Curio cannot be equipped by Dr. Dolorosa.
Wounded Beast
When your permanent Health (green bar) falls below 33%, it turns red and you enter the Wounded state. While Wounded, your Heroic Ability charges up thrice as fast!
This Curio cannot be equipped by Varag.
Consumables
Bandages, Elixirs, Healing Salves, and Philters can be found from containers or bought from Tiny Tom’s Shop. Philters seem to be somewhat rare from both sources.
Bandage
Gives the user temporary health (white health bar) that decays over time.
300 Darks from Tiny Tom’s shop.
Doctor’s Satchel
Gives the user permanent health (green bar) and restores one missing chunk of the health bar from previous incapacitation. Can be used up to 3 times.
2400 Darks from Tiny Tom’s shop.
Elixir
Restores 300 HP in permanent health (green bar).
450 Darks from Tiny Tom’s shop.
First Aid Kit
Gives the user temporary health (white health bad) that decays over time. Can be used up to 3 times.

Healing Salve
Gives the user permanent health (green bar) and restores one missing chubk of the health bar from previous incapacitation.

Grants [Q] Ability an extra charge.
Agonizing Rune of Serenity
While permanent health lies under 100 HP, temporary health no longer decays.
Charioteer’s Rune of Focus
Reduces [W] Ability’s cooldown by 30%.
Companion’s Rune of Fortitude
Being within 6 yards of another Survivor grants a 25% resistance to all damage.
Companion’s Rune of Stamina
Being within 6 yards of another Survivor freezes the decay of temporary health.
Companion’s Rune of Valor
Being within 6 yeards of another Survivor grants a 30% bonus to attack power.
Discoverer’s Rune of Improvement
Add a Tome of Self-Improvement at the beginning of each district.
*Works as intended when playing with bots, but does not appear when playing with others.

Dreadful Rune of Fortune
Awards some Darks for every Revenant or Special Infected defeated.
Dreadful Rune of Healing
Grants 80 HP in permanent health for every Revenant or Special Infected defeated.

Dreadful Rune of Vitality
Increases maximum health by 30 HP for every Revenant or Special Infected defeated.
Harrowing Rune of Fortitude
Grants a 30% resistance to all damage if at least one chunk of health is missing.
Harrowing Rune of Haste
Grants a 30% bonus to movement speed if at least one chunk of health is missing.
Harrowing Rune of Heroic Preparedness
Grants your Heroic Ability an extra charge if at least one chunk of health is missing.
Harrowing Rune of Valor

Consumable items have a 50% probability not to (be) consumed when used.
Rune of Bounty
The current amount of Darks you are carrying is instantly doubled.
Rune of Breathing
Decay rate of temporary health is reduced by 50%.
Rune of Commerce
Using consumable item grants you 200Darks.
Rune of Concussion
The duration of all outgoing stunning effects is increased by 100%.
Rune of Convenience
All Dark gains are increased by 100%, but maximum amount that can be carried is capped at 6000.
Rune of Cupidity
Picking up some Darks heals a bit.
Rune of Evil’s Bane
Damage dealt to Revenants in increased by 30%.
Rune of Frugality
Darks are consumed upon taking damage instead of consuming permanent health.
Rune of Gift
The next item you buy from Tiny Tom’s Shop will be free of charge.
Rune of Greed
Upon defeat, all the Dreadium Ingots currently carried are saved instead of being lost.
Rune of Haggling
Prices in Tiny Tom’s Shop are reduced by 40%.
Rune of Healing

Rune of Plenty
Instantly charges up your Heroic Ability and grants you 1 Healing Salve and 1000 Darks.
Rune of Profit
All Dark gains are increased by 35%.
Rune of Regression
Prices to reroll perks are reduced by 35%.
Rune of Restlessness
Maximum health is increased by 1000 HP, but you can no longer rest at camp fires.
Rune of Retaliation
100% of all incoming physical damage is also dealt to the offender.
Rune of Second Chance
The next reroll of perks you purchase from Tiny Tom’s Shop will be free of charge.
Rune of Second Wind
Permanent health is converted into temporary health upon taking damage.
Rune of Steadiness
Grants total immunity to stun and silence effects.
Rune of the Bear
Allows Survivors to push back the infected just by walking into them.
Rune of the Fakir
Temporary health no longer decays, but resistance to all damage is reduced by 50%.
Rune of the Handyman
Grants an extra grade level to any equipped Artifact.
*Automatically makes artifact grade 4.
Rune of the Mountain
Resistance to all damage is increased by 40% but maximum health is reduced by 30%.
Rune of the Nightshade
Grants total immunity to poison damage.

Rune of the Pauper
All gained Darks are automatically converted into permanent health.
Rune of the Philosopher

Rose sends Twig in the melee. Twig goes nuts and turns into a squeaking whirlwind of teeth and claws. This obscures the infected’s sight and slows them down heavily, making them easy targets for Rose.
Combat Medic Twig
Twig automatically helps Rose up when she’s incapacitated and dying on the ground. Note: defeat will still occur if all other Survivors are down (there’s only so much that a chipmunk can do!)
Defender Twig
Furball of Death’s area of effect is increased and grants increased defense to all Survivors standing in it, but Rose can only cast it at her feet.
Indefatigable Twig
Increases the duration of Furball of Death by 400%.
Ninja Squirrel
Twig now deals considerable damage during Furball of Death.
Sharp Claws
Furball of Death further decreases its target’s defense by 25%.
[E] TRIGGER BOLT
A mighty ranged attack that pierces through targets like a needle through fabric, and that can be detonated at any time to stun and damage enemies over a small area.
Dual Trigger Bolt
Doubles the Trigger Bolt and sends both projectiles at an angle. Both bolts have the same properties.
Geared Cranequin
Hitting an enemy with a basic crossbow attack shaves 2s off Trigger Bolt’s cooldown (instead of 1s).
Powder-Laced Screwed Bolt
Trigger Bolt leaves a trail of fire behind it until it detonates or gets destroyed.

Channels a massice incandescent beam of holy light. Whether this cleanses the infected or merely burns them to a crisp is up for debate.

Exorcism can now pierce through walls and Abigail can steer much quicker.

[passive] WOUNDED BEAST
When Varag’s permanent Health (green bar) falls below 33%, it turns red and Varag enters the Wounded state. While Wounded, Call of the Wild charges up thrice as fast!
Basic Instinct
Varag’s defense is increased by 25% while he’s Wounded.

Cornered
Varag gains a 30% attack power and speed bonus while he’s Wounded.

Tough Guy
Varag can be revived endlessly when incapacitated unless he dies first, or all other Survivors are defeated.

Varag pounces forward and bites viciously anything standing in his way. Can be used as an aggressive move or as a retreat.

Dire Bite extends the duration of Call of the Wild by 0.2s for every foe it kills.
Heroic Fangs
Call of the Wild charges up a bit every time Dire Bite kills a foe.

Hunter’s Obsession
Move speed is slightly increased during 10s per foe killed by Dire Bite.
Increased Bite Force
Dire Bite’s damage is increased by 50%.

[W] SHIELDARANG
Varag throws his makeshift shield like a flying disc that pulls in the enemies around it, deals them a flurry of damage, slows them down and breaks their defenses. It lingers for a short time on the spot then automatically come back to the wolfman.
Black Hole
Shieldarang acts like a maelstrom that pulls in all nearby foes and grinds them.
Homing Flying Disc of Death
Shieldarang homes towards the nearest foe standing until it comes back.
Lightened Shield
Increases the throwing range of Shieldarang by 100%.
Richoshield
Shieldarang is now thrown in a straight line and will ricochet against walls until it comes back.
[E] DEFENSIVE STANCE
Varag uses his makeshift shield to block almost all types of attacks. He can then release a powerful counterattack, provided enough attacks have been parried during the time frame. There’s a weak and a strong counterattack.
Beware of Dog
Every blow or projectile blocked by Devensive Stance shaves 1s off the cooldown of Dire Bite and Shieldarang.

Varag temporarily reverts to feral state, which deprives him of his shackle and shield, but turns him into a storm of fangs and claws. Mauling and biting enemies gives a but of temporary health!
Bloodthirst
Varag gains permanent health instead of temporary health when dealing damage during Call of the Wild.
Into the Wild
The duration of Call of the Wild is doubled.
