Invading Executioner
Invading Executioner boss can be found in the Howling Pit area of Code Vein.
Attacks
- She’ll stab her weapon into the ground and swing around it
- Quick dashing kicks
- She’ll shoot fire at the ground and dash away
- Lunging attack with weapon
- Summon a ranged AOE attack
Strategies
The Invading Executioner boss fight can be tricky, especially with her speed and range.
Right off the bat, you’ll want to use fire attacks since she’s weak to fire. In addition, try to stick behind her to avoid her frontal attacks. It’s not easy to do this since she’s so fast, but if you get a good combo going, you can stun her and get even more attacks in.
When you see her stab her weapon into the ground, immediately roll backwards to avoid her swinging attack. You’ll also want to look out for a version of this attack in which she spins and shoots projectiles at you. If you back up enough, you’ll have plenty of time to dodge.
When she lunges towards you, dodge left or right. It might be a good idea to use lighter armor for this fight so you can move around easier.
The last thing you want to watch out for is the ranged AOE attack. You’ll see her hands light up red, signifying that she’s summoning the ranged attack that will appear on the ground beneath you. Simply dodge out of the way in any direction.
