Welcome to our PAYDAY 3 Best Build for Medic guide. After 30 hours of playing during the “3 days early-access” event and testing numerous Builds, I have found the best Build to carry out heists at Overkill difficulty that will guarantee you the greatest amount of damage in Output with Assault Rifles and the greatest amount of survivability + sustain for the team.
Loadout
The Medic class is focused on supporting ARs, unfortunately, in PD3 compared to DMRs they are not a class that can compete, so we will use many skills points to compensate for this problem (recoil and damage output).
Skills
Primary Weapon + Attachments
The KU-59 despinete the amount of damage output suffers from considerable recoil, we are going to overcome this problem with attachments.
Barrel Extension:
- Hybrid Muzzle Brake → Help with Vertical and Horizontal Recoil
Barrel:
- Rapid Barrel → + Damage Distance
Grip:
- Biofit Grip → Help with Vertical Recoil and Gunkick
Magazine:
- Quick-Pull Mag → Increase Reload Speed
Stock:
- HQ → Overhaul Recoil + Gunkick and no Sprint to Fire Debuff
Sight:
- Sheath RDS → + Gunkick
Vertical Grip:
- Quick Hold Grip → + Help with Recoil
SECONDARY WEAPON + Attachments
Magazine:
- Extended Mag → Increases Magazine Size from 10 to 18 Rounds
Barrel Extension:
- Snub Silencer → Stealth + No Damage Reduction
Sight:
- Slate RDS → No Sprint to Fire Speed reduction
Grip:
- Embossed Grip → No Vertical Recoil debuff
Overkill Weapons + Which one the Pick
You have two choices:
A) Do you want to take down the Dozers quickly?
B) Do you want to take down minions quickly from mass spawn points? (Ex. elevators, walls overhanging spawns, etc.)
