Open up “Path of Exile” and click on “Options”

Click on “Game” at the top and step “Networking Mode” to “Auto”
Lockstep = Game Stutters!
Predictive = Server Rubber Banding!
Auto = You will not get neither because they will Auto counteract each other, If the game is about to stutter it will auto set to “Predictive” so the game does not stutter and if you are about to server rubber banding it will auto set to “Lockstep” so you do not get server rubber banding!
You could also try setting it to “Lockstep” and putting all your graphic settings to the lowest setting possible if for whatever reason “Auto” doesn’t help you out!

Pick your class that you are playing with and fully load into the game after go into your game “Options” and disable both “Dynamic Culling” & “Dynamic Resolution”

“Alt + Tab” to your desktop!

Right click on your desktop and click on “AMD Software : Adrenalin Edition”
[For NVIDIA GPU users it should be called “Nvidia Control Panel”]

After “AMD Software : Adrenalin Edition” opens up click on “Gaming” at the top!

Then click on “Display” under “Gaming”

Make sure “Adaptive Sync Compatible” is Disabled!

Scroll all the way at the bottom and click on “Perform Reset” next to “Reset Shader Cache”
(For NVIDIA GPU users, I think you need to manually go to the Shader Cache folder and delete it manually, I don’t have an Nvidia gpu, so I can’t give you instructions on how to do it.)
