Sewer Section 1
Turn 180 and go up the lift behind you, go down the stairs and drop into the sewer network!!
1. Immediately after dropping into the water there is some 9mm ammo on the pile of trash in front of you, collect this and proceed around the corner, take the left path that leads to a deadend, and collect the shotgun shells, double back and then take the right hand side tunnel to the steps.
2. Continue to progress into the sewer network, picking up the video tape from one of the corpse of one of the special forces, before proceeding down the the “lower waterway” turning right as you drop into the water, and slide down the slope into a new tunnel.
3. Continue through the “lower waterways” until you come to a fork in the road, you will be forced to take the right side option, have your flashbangs equiped (should be by default) sticking the the left hand side of the tunnel and just before you arrive at the fork, there is some “high grade gunpowder” pick it up and continue.
Note:
You are about to encounter a type of enemy, if it grabs you be prepared to press space and stun it, whilst stunned run around and get out the water asap.
4. Once out of the water make your way through the steel door, and up to the “control room” where you can collect the following items…
- Shotgun shells
- MAG ammo from the locker (using the combination SZF)
Now drop down the broken the broken lift, into “Monitor Room”, where a new cutscene will await you…
- Collect 9mm ammo near the workstations
- Watch the video in the recording machine, and then discard it
- Collect the map from the wall
Leave the monitor room, into the “Treatment Pool Room” as soon as you go through the door there is a lever right in front of you, pull this now to activate the bridge over the water…
Go to the end of the “bridge” turning left first towards the “Cable Car Platform” where you will find the “T-bar” collect this then double back on the other side of this room is a safe, the combination to the safe is wrote on the side of it, open and collect the “shotgun stock (W-870)” which you can now combine with your shotgun in the inventory.
Heading left go through the EXIT DOOR you passed on a second ago on your way around to the safe…
5. Go down the stairs taking a immediate left turn at the bottom, using the “T-bar” open the floodgate and proceed around to the desk area where you will find a “key” hanging on the wall collect this now and then double back up the stairs to the “Lower waterway” there is a swtich on the wall, pull it to open the gate ahead
Drop into the water and run through gate sticking to the LEFT hand side as much as possible, CONTINUE RUNNING dodging the emeny as you go, shortly after that turn right into the “Workroom life” area
Using the “T-bar” raise the floodgate door, and collect the shotgun shells on the barrel, then proceed up the lift into the “workroom” collecting the following items…
- 9mm ammo
- Roll film
- Hip pouch
6. Leave the “workroom” via the locked door, turn left into the “water injection chamber” using the key you have obtained and collect the “high grade gunpowder” which you can now combine with the other one to make some MAG ammo, leave the area back along the bridge and collect the “rook chess plug” from the wall socket.
Turn right and using the “key” enter the “workers break room” you can now discard the key from your inventory slots… once inside collect the 9mm ammo from the lockers, and then push the taped cupboard to the side, to reveal a secret passage..
Enter the lift…
7. Go up the steps, unlock the door and place the STARS badge into the gun case, and collect the weapon upgrade “Long Barrel” and combine this with your “lighting hawk” now, then preform a 180 turn and head up the stair case on your characters left right to the very top and enter the elevator into the secret room where you can use the “T-bar” to reopen the entry to the police station…
Sewer Section 2
1. Once you have travelled back down to the “workers break room” leave the room turning, left heading back down to the “upper waterway” past the special forces again….
Checking your map you will see at the far end there is a floodgate, going there will then allow you to use the “T-bar” which can then be discarded from your inventory slots…
Head down the stairs and you will be back in the “bottom waterway” system…
2. Jump down into the water and grab the “green herd” from the zombie corpse and perform a 180 turn and get out the water pulling yourself onto the ledge… then jump of the other side…
Using the flashbangs, run all the way to the end of the water to the “supply storage room” at the end of the tunnel at this stage check your health status:
- If you are injured but not poisioned collect the “red herb” from the shelves before you go down the next set of steps and combine it with your “greenherb” and heal yourself.
- If you have been poisioned ignore the “redherb” continue down the steps, snake through the maze to the back of the room and grab the “blueherb” combine with the “greenherb” and heal yourself.
- Grab the “queen plug” marked on the map… place it in the wall socket at the rear of the room…
- Enter the newly open gate… up the stairs and grab the king plug, drop of the edge…
- Place the “kingplug” in the wall socket at the front of the room, and collect the “chemical flamethrower”
- Double back the same, grabbing both plugs as you go…
- Go down the central passage, place the “queenplug” into its original socket…
- Enter newly open gate, and place the “kingplug” in the socket at the other end…
- Go back down the central passage again, and collect the “queenplug”.
- Double back and collect the “kingplug” again.
- Head back up the steps and leave the “supplies storage room” with both new plugs.
3. When you reach the water in the “bottomwaterway” again, feel free to use the “chemical flamethrower” to kill all the enemies in the water, grabbing the shotgun shells from the right hand side as you pass through if you get the chance, these should NOT take priotity over your escape should it be more prudent to avoid the enemy…
Once up the ladder (where you got the key hanging on the wall) work your way back around the gangwalk, up the steps to the “treatment pool room” and return to the “Monitor room” where you can now place the plugs into the wall sockets, to open the “U-Area Door” the solution to the chess pieces are as follows…
- Kight and pawn are placed into the marked locations…
- Queen next to the pawn, and the king next to the queen on the same wall…
- The rook is next to the knight, and the bishop next to the rook on the same wall…
4. Enter the “U-area” heading towards the “main power room” collecting the “greenherb” on route, then the red herb from inside the “main power room” combine those two herbs incase you need to heal during the boss battle…
Turn on the power, and leave the room to trigger the boss battle !!
Firstly dodge the hand that enters from the ceiling until birkin breaks the door down, dodge past him and run all the way around to the next platform and immeditaly press the button to send the cargo box to the other side, shooting birkin ensure he drops to his knees and run back quickly pressing the button again to make the cargobox swing back and knock him of the platform
Repeat this process twice to win the batte, you should be fine with just using the handgun…
5. If you havent already done so, heal yourself with the herbs, and collect the following from the platform area
- 9mm ammo
- MAG ammo
- Knife
Then return to the “waste disposal area” via the scaffolding, to rescue ada, follow her to the tram that will take you both to umbrellas underground labs….
