Chaos;Head NoAH Endings & Walkthrough
Click the green button or press Right Trigger on controller to lock into a positive delusion; click the red button or press Left Trigger to lock into a negative delusion; or proceed normally to stay in reality.
During your first playthrough, it is recommended that you experiment by trying out different positive, negative, and neutral choices as you go.
You are locked into the Silent Sky ending during your first playthrough; your delusions will have no effect on the ending until your second and subsequent playthroughs.
