- Talk to Phillan Kaiman at the Business District of Origins of Stern.
- Then head towards southeast in the same location and talk to Mathias.
- Now use Triport to travel to Nebelhorn Lab. Meet Yulia at the northwest of the lab.
- Now you need to head to Oasis on the same region. There, you will find a marker on the map that leads you to investigate water temprature. There are three markers appearing one after another.
- Once you investigated the third marker, head towards north a little bit to complete the “Use Magick Flow Detector” quest. Follow the north path until you reach a waterfall.
- Now use Magick Detector on the waterfall to reveal a hidden NPC.
- Talk to the NPC. Once done, use /interrogate at the text chat to open a new dialogue sequence. Then, talk to the NPC again.
- Now head back to the lab and speak with Yulia about your investigation.
- Now, go towards north a little bit and interact with Communicator to call Mathias.
- Travel to the Municipal District in the same region and then head north a little bit to enter Town Hall. Follow the path towards a purple question mark and find Sasha. This is where the quest ends!
