Fix for Stutters and Enabling FoV + Disabling Vignette (RE Mod Framework)

This mod completely removes all friezes and stutters on kills, when sisters bite, etc., while all animations remain in place + the mod removes the vignette and adds FOV adjustment + free camera, personally checked, on a system with 8700k, RTX 3080 and Windows 11 Pro 22000.65 .
Installation
1.Download and install both of the latest “Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019” Redistributables: vc_redist.x64.exe & vc_redist.x86.exe
2.Download the mod ZIP file.
3..Extract “dinput8.dll” to your “Resident Evil Village BIOHAZARD VILLAGE” folder (i.e “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil Village BIOHAZARD VILLAGE”).
4..Launch your game and press your Insert key to open the menu.
You can also modify the “re2_fw_config.txt” configuration file if needed. This gets created at run-time once you load your game and you can delete it (with your game closed!) to restore the mod to it’s default configuration.
