How to edit FOV in MELE
Mass Effect Legendary Edition FOV Slider – Regular FOV
Regular FOV
- Make a backup of your “Coalesced_INT.bin” that is located in “Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame\CookedPCConsole”
- Download this version of “Coalesced_INT.bin” : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YWOOJYkig6h0W1KYDBzouNw2rvCZq4dz/view and place it in the “CookedPCConsole” folder.
- The number pad now changes FOV:
- 0 = 50
- 1 = 30
- 2 = 40
- 3 = 60
- 4 = 70
- 5 = 80
- 6 = 90
- 7 = 100
- 8 = 110
- 9 = 120
Weapon Zoom FOV
- Download Cheat Engine : https://www.cheatengine.org/
- Download this Cheat Table : https://drive.google.com/file/d/14gdtud49T6mfSF91s2kw03lU19qv_8J4/view
- Launch the game
- Open Cheat Engine
- Select the Mass Effect 1 Process
6.Open the Cheat Table
7.Click to make the setting active. Double click on Value and change the value.
8.This needs to be used in conjuction with a low “Regular FOV” otherwise it’ll go all fish-eyed. The numbers used will also differ for different resolutions. Here are my recommended below:
- 1920×1080 – Number Pad 2 with Cheat Table value at 0.025
- 3440×1440 – Number Pad 2 with Cheat Table value at 0.0135
Coalesced Editting
If you wish to edit and compile your own “Coalesced_INT.bin”, you should use this Coalesced Tool : https://github.com/d00telemental/LECoal and Powershell.
If no one has made an FOV mod for ME2 by the time I finish ME1 message me and I’ll make a cheat table for that.

Issues
- This can break the galaxy map by making it upside down. Its still usable though.
