Step:

1. Turn of Vsync (Vsync is set to default so turn it of)
2. If your still lagging put everything to medium settings or low depending on your pc
3. IF YOUR STILL LAGGING STEAL YOUR PARENTS CREDIT CARD AND BUY A NEW PC
4. Or go to your local best buy and steal a goddam pc and while your at it steal a monitor and send it to me.
