Achievements Guide %100
Bethesda sure did skimp on the achievements this time around. There are only 33, and 8 of them can be gained simply by playing through the campaign on any difficulty, and the majority of the rest are based on collectibles. There’s very little here that is challenging, and nothing is missable thanks to Mission Select. Do be prepared to spend quite a bit of time in multiplayer, however, as the third majority of the achievements are based around online play.
You will also need to complete the entire game in Extra Life Mode, which is a permadeath mode that relies on you finding extra lives around the levels. You can complete this on the easiest difficulty and still get the achievement, however. That said, do not start on this mode, as you will not unlock any mission select by doing so. Two full playthroughs of Doom Eternal are required for a 100%.

You’ll get this automatically during the second level, as you’re forced to pick up your first upgrade.
King of the Crystals
Fully upgrade Health, Armor, or Ammo in a single save slot
You’ll have to completely upgrade either your health, armor, or ammo. This isn’t hard to achieve, as you only have to get 4 of the Sentinel Crystals out of the 12 that are scattered around. If you’re going for all of the collectibles, this one will come naturally.

Refer to They’re ALL My Favorite for more information.
They’re ALL My Favorite

To get Praetor Suit Perks, you’ll need to get Praetor Suit points. These can be obtained by completing mission challenges or from finding Sentinel Ghosts. Multiplayer
Blood Bath
Kill 200 opponents in BATTLEMODE
This progress is tracked across both public and private matches. You can view your progress by looking at the “Blood Bath” milestone in the milestone menu. Simply kill 200 enemies, whether they’re Slayers or Demons. You can boost this in a private match with 2 other friends, but it will take a lot of time as the respawn timer is 20 seconds.
Man vs Monsters
Play 25 BATTLEMODE matches
This progress is tracked across both public and private matches. You can view your progress by looking at the “Man vs Monsters” milestone in the milestone menu. Just complete 25 matches in Battlemode. If you leave early, it won’t count, but if a game ends due to the opponents leaving, it’ll still count as a win for you and add to your total. If you want to boost this in a private match with 2 other friends, have two of you as Demons, and one person as Slayer and have the Slayer leave the match; the match will not count for the Slayer, however. Rinse and repeat.
Fight Like Hell
Do 5000 damage as a Player Demon in BATTLEMODE
This progress is tracked across both public and private matches. You can view your progress by looking at the “Fight Like Hell” milestone in the milestone menu. Just do a total of 5,000 damage to the Slayers while you’re playing as a Demon. You can boost this in a private match with 2 other friends.
Truce between Demons
Heal yourself or your teammate for 50000 health in BATTLEMODE
This progress is tracked across both public and private matches. You can view your progress by looking at the “Truce between Demons” milestone in the milestone menu. In every Demon’s defensive loadout, they have an ability called Healing Zone that lets you put an area on the ground that heals you and/or your partner when you stand inside of it. It will heal you for 100 health per second, for a total of 8 seconds. Reaching the fourth round of a match will allow you to pick a perk that instantly heals you and your teammate for a very large quantity of health. Use these to keep healing. You can boost this in a private match with 2 other friends.
Mix and Match
Play as 5 different Player Demons in BATTLEMODE
Currently, there are only 5 different playable demons that can be used in Battlemode; Revenant, Archvile, Marauder, Pain Elemental, and Mancubus. Just finish one match as each of them, or boost it in private with 2 other friends.
Weapons Expert
Kill a Player Demon with each of the 8 Slayer weapons in BATTLEMODE
This progress is tracked across both public and private matches. You can view your progress by looking at the “Weapons Expert” milestone in the milestone menu. There are seven normal weapons, and then the BFG which is selectable as a third perk if you’re in a match that goes into its fourth round. You can boost this in a private match with 2 other friends, just make sure to get to the fourth round.
Misc.
It’s a Magic Number
Kill 666 Demons.
This will come without any effort at all during a single playthrough.
Darn It, They Keep BREAKING
Perform 33 Unique Glory Kills in a single save slot
Glory Kills are whenever you stagger an enemy and press E to finish them off. You can get multiple different Glory Kills on one single type of enemy depending on where you stand in relation to their body, and also if you’re looking straight at them or down. Try standing in front, behind, to each side, looking down at their feet, standing above them, etc, for each foe you stagger. This should come naturally.
Treasure Hunter
Beat all encounters and Mission Challenges, and find all Items in Taras Nabad in a single save slot
Taras Nabad is the 9th mission in the main campaign. You pretty well need to 100% the whole level by finding every collectible, completing three mission challenges, and killing all of the enemies. The challenges are finding 6 Codex entries, using the Ice Bomb to freeze 10 Demons, and performing 3 UNIQUE Glory Kills on Pain Elementals. If you’re using the collectible guide(s) provided and going for the 100% on this game, that part should already be taken care of.
The biggest challenge for this is the 3 unique Glory Kills on the Pain Elementals. There are only 4 – 6 of these enemies in the level, but you can restart your checkpoints if you need to. Use low powered weapons against them to try and stagger them instead of blasting them apart. Once you get one staggered, stand front, back, top, or side of it as you use the Glory Kill, but make sure to remember which ones you get. You’ll see the tracker go off each time you get a unique one.
Master of Fasting
Complete a Mission with only the Famine Mode cheat on
Note: This achievement is unobtainable in Extra Life Mode, since there is no mission select after the campaign is over.
Once you have obtained this cheat from Nekravol, the 10th level, you can then enable it when you replay levels via the mission select option. In mission select, bring up the cheat menu, enable only the Famine Mode cheat. This makes it so that the enemies do not drop health or armor when they are killed, only ammo when done in with the chainsaw. Just do this on Hell on Earth (E1M1), and on the easiest difficulty, I’m Too Young to Die. Once you reach the end of the level, this will pop.
Running Up the High Score
Complete Extra Life Mode with 10 Extra Lives in your Inventory.
Extra Life Mode is a permadeath mode, however you can select the difficulty when using it. Just play on I’m Too Young to Die, the easiest difficulty, and focus on hoarding extra lives. Beware, however, that if you are in a scenario that uses a timer (such as in Mission 5) you will instantly get a game over if you fail. If you die to an enemy, it will just use one of your extra lives. Bear in mind you have to finish this mode with 10 extra lives in your inventory, it’s not gained just by beating the mode.
Extra Extra Lives
Pick up 20 Extra Lives Total in a single save slot
This can be done at any time, but it’s also great to pair it with Running Up the High Score. That said, you don’t have to have 20 of these lives in your inventory all at once. In fact, you can farm it at the beginning of the second mission, Exultia. At the beginning, drop down the ledge in front of you to find an extra life. Pause the game, quit to the menu, visit the mission select screen, and restart the Exultia mission. Note that for this method to work, you’ll have to have beaten this mission first for it to become available in the mission select screen.
Homemaykr
Spend 8 Sentinel Batteries in the Fortress of Doom in a single save slot
If you’re following the collectible guide(s) that have been listed, you should be picking up Sentinel Batteries. These are used in the Fortress of Doom (hub) to open doors so that you can get other upgrades and secrets. There are a total of 27 of these batteries. Just use them when you get them.
Bonus Stage
Complete a Slayer Gate
Refer to Breaker of Gates for more information.
Breaker of Gates
Complete all Slayer Gates in a single save slot
Slayer Gates are a new feature to the Doom franchise. They’re marked on the map in purple, and are the most difficult enemy encounters. There are a total of six, beginning from the second mission, and they require Slayer Keys to access them. These keys are always close to each gate. Completing each Slayer Gate rewards you with 3 weapon points and Empyrean Keys that you can use in the Fortress of Doom, enabling you to unlock the Unmaykr weapon.
Meet Your Unmaykr
Acquire the Unmaykr
The Unmaykr is a super weapon that you can get in the Fortress of Doom. Once you’ve beaten all six Slayer Gates to get the six Empyrean Keys, you can unlock the cage at the back of the room.
Gunpletionist
Master all Weapon Mods in a single save slot.
This will come naturally if you’re following one of the collectible guides provided. Mastering a Weapon Mod requires you to unlock the mod by finding a Modbot, and purchasing all of the upgrades for the mod, and then completing the Mastery Challenge for it. Most of them will have you going out of your way to do this, so expect to spend a lot of time on this achievement alone. However, you can opt out of doing them by using Mastery Tokens, which are a collectible found within the game itself starting at the ninth mission. You can keep track of all of this within the menus.
