How to Unlock Game Mode Contents in TEKKEN 7 DLC
This guide will show you how to switch your TEKKEN 7 Standart Edition to TEKKEN 7 Ultimate Edition, so basically ultimate version of the game is got season pass packs and it gives you more characters with skins and some stages on it so theres nothing different than standart.
DLC Setup
1) First go to steam dir location then steamapps\common\TEKKEN 7\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv132\Win64 in this folder rename your original api name from ”steam_api64.dll” to ”steam_api64_o.dll”

2) Download DLC and extract the files in a folder and drag them to your game direction which you located on step 1 enjoy the latest content
TEKKEN 7 DLC Questions and Answers
HOW THIS IS WORKING WITHOUT PURCHASING THEM OR DOWNLOADING ANYTHING FOR IT?
- When new update relases for title steam downloading that update included other contents too as well for this game but they are locked and some of them hide in the game and wont reveal until you purchase them but they are already in your game and this little magic brings them out.
CAN I GET BANNED FOR THIS?
- No, its not a cheat or modding tool even Bandai Namco didnt put any ban system in this game we believe yet.

- Its doesnt effect your gameplay or progress its just allows you to get stuff in game and if you wanna play online with them like new skins you have to save them in customization and chooice it on character selection, Its working with every game mode which you prefer to play.

I confirms this works. I think the previous commenter is using an old cracked. If you purchased the basic the, this method unlocks pay walled content.

Just a little heads up:
I ran into the issue where the api file wouldnt open and i was thrown an error when opening. Didn’t realize you were renaming your original api file so that you can copy and paste the newly extracted api and cream file into the folder. (YOU DO NOT PUT THE ENTIRE EXTRACTED FOLDER IN THE \WIN64 LOCATION, JUST THE FILES INSIDE THE FOLDER)

It works perfectly fine but my Rank stopped updating after the hack.
Guys I need some help, I tried re-applying this when Kunimitsu was released but it didn’t work and I lost all the unlocked DLC instead. I deleted the folder and verified files to get the original files back to redo the process but it doesn’t download a steamapi file anymore so I can’t figure it out.
I added the codes for kuni, stage, and the season pass but it still doesn’t work. Can someone help me?

Hi, I can unlock everything with this method except for Kunimitsu and vermillion gates. This happened After I switched to Japan region. Is there Any fix for this?
If I download the S3 cracked version of the game, do any of these files include the season 4 updates?
How do I solve the re installation problem? Game now keeps giving me a message on startup that it has found DLC that could not be read, leaving with me with the options of returning to the title screen or formatting my save.
Getting the same issue as LeoMain, I have reinstalled the game and put the files and did everything properly, but I get the same error message in the main scree when I start up the game and bring my old save back. What also has happened is the game wont even launch when I press play on steam as well. Any fix for this?
Confirmed after reinstalling and checking the cream_api.ini file, at the bottom of the page, it had missing DLC. So I added them from the list here and my game started working again. Not sure if this was a fix, but it worked for me.

Anyone having the issue where they will start Tekken 7 but nothing happens? You can see the process in the Task Manager but it never actually opens. I have to use the original api file in order for me to get the game to open. Yes I’m using the Steam version of course. The thing is I even got it to work on my desktop PC, which fried a few months ago. I’m trying to get it to work on my laptop but I guess this is never going to work for me, like everything else in life.

its saying unable to locate original valve value
Hi, is anyone having problems since the last tekken update? After the update the game blocked me acces and made me restart it with original files. I’ve been trying again but seems that is not working now.
Anyone having the same problem ?

@Fran Yeah, I’m having the same issue with this update as well. I’m not sure what’s going on as there’s was no major new content (Character or stage), just a balance patch. So I’m not sure what it wants from us. Its missing something in the CreamApi file that isn’t there, hope someone knows how to fix it.
I may have been potentially banned from the game, I cant access online modes anymore.
My mistake, im not banned confirmed with tekken 7 support but I cant connect online for some reason, not sure if this was the culprit. or some changes they made.
The file is corrupted and cannot be downloaded. Thank you for solving it.
Can I use mods with this dlc unclocker? like music mods and inteface mod to look like tekken 5 or 4 for example.

i found a problem with the mod. atleast on my pc. i cant use the dlc stages but the characters work fine. i dont really mind if it doesnt work.
Is anyone having trouble with the newest patch? I got the thing where it says “this save data requires downloadable content that could not be read”. Is it possible it needs an update? OP, if you’re reading, at least reassure me that the problem isn’t with the unlocker please

This one works, so basically you download this and go to “\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 7\” and you will find the “Engine” Folder so download this one above, and drag it in where there’s a engine folder and just replace it with the one you will drag that you’ve downloaded.
