The Smooth Talker is all about Dialog and will be able to charm their way out of any situation.
Although this build is all about making conversations as interesting as possible, it is important to remember that defensive areas and weapons do suffer. A way to make up for this though is through Perks such as Precision, Confidence, and Penetrating Shots as they will help bring your combat skills back up to par.
